great location kind staff spacious room bright light missing essentials short stay
The location in Shoreditch was convenient. The staff members were kind. The room was spacious and beautiful.
The room had an emergency green light. It made the room bright all night. We stayed for two nights and ran out of essentials both days.

The staff were attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good. I appreciated the fresh orange juice. The location is convenient.
The room lacked a place to sit. The bathroom could use a shelf. Housekeeping did not replace coffee pods. They also did not bring clean coffee cups.

The breakfast offered good quality ingredients. I thought the choice was plentiful. I appreciate the comfort provided by the bed, pillows, and duvet. The shower had power.
He didn't look into it much until I mentioned the charge. The receptionist didn't say anything about the hotel. The system of payment had issues when I paid.

the staff was lovely. the room was really nice. i purchased breakfast for my stay and it was yummy. i got free early check in and purchased late check out.
The hotel fell short of expectations. So, it's noisy. i thought there was a leak inside the room.
